This notice explains privacy considerations when testing DentSnap.

Please use test information only

DentSnap is a project prototype, not a real dental appointment booking service. Its features are available for testing and are designed to behave like a real app, but the service is not intended for real dental care. Do not enter real patient records, sensitive health details, payment-card information, or other confidential information. Do not make real payments; payment-related features are for testing only.

1. Information you provide

When you use prototype features, you may be asked to enter information such as account, contact, appointment, or profile details. Use fictional or non-sensitive test information wherever possible. Do not provide information about another person unless you have their permission.

2. How information may be used

Information entered into the prototype may be processed to provide and test its features, such as sign-in, appointment flows, and notifications. Some functionality may rely on third-party services. Do not assume that information entered in a test flow is private, confidential, or handled as part of a production healthcare service.

3. Test appointments and payments

Appointment details, booking statuses, and confirmations shown in DentSnap may be sample or simulated and do not book real dental care. Payment-related screens or actions are for testing only. Never submit real payment details or pay for a service through this prototype.

4. Third-party services

Features such as authentication or communications may be supported by third-party providers. Those providers may process information as needed to operate their services, under their own privacy terms. Review the relevant provider notices before using a feature that directs you to a third-party service.
